What you need to know about shipping

 Australia and New Zealand

Free shipping :  Shipping within Australia & New Zealand is free of charge via Australia Post.

Shipping Time:  Allow a minimum of 3 working days, plus an extra 1 - 2 working days for regional areas.

Peace of Mind:  We send all orders via Australia Post. We give Australia Post your details to keep you updated with your delivery and you can choose to have it redirected to another address or Post Office if you will not be home. Alternatively you can give Australia Post the 'authority to leave' if you are certain it will be safe.

International

Free worldwide shipping :  International shipping is free of charge via Australia Post International courier service.

Shipping Time:  International delivery times vary from around 5 - 10 working days, depending upon your destination. 

Peace of mind: To protect your order, a signature will be required on delivery.

Duties and Taxes:  Some countries charge international taxes and duties. Please check with your customs office to find out more about these charges, as their responsibility rests with you.

Please note : If any discount code or promotion is used in your purchase we will ship your order at the standard delivery service.

  

What you need to know about returns*

We will happily exchange or accept returns on your purchase, provided it is within 7 days of you receiving your order. Your items cannot be returned if they are worn, damaged, washed or dry-cleaned.

To organise an exchange or return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Email your order number and details to enquiries@sonyahopkins.com and let us know whether you’d like an exchange or refund. We’ll then give you a returns number. 
  • Securely wrap your item/s and ship them back to us at the address below. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive the returned article/s we will refund you via the card used to make the original purchase. 
  • You will receive an email notifying you of your refund and the funds should arrive in your account/credit card within 5 days.
  • If you would like an exchange, we will send your new items as per the original sale, subject to availability.
